Privacy Policy
Last revised: August 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Fantasy Tracking ("we," "our," or "the site") collects,
how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
Information We Collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email
address, and Google account identifier. We never see or store your Google password.
- Sleeper account information. If you connect a Sleeper account, we store the Sleeper
username and Sleeper user ID you provide, and use them to retrieve your league and roster data from
Sleeper's public API.
- Fantasy league and roster data. We store the leagues, teams, and rosters you track,
whether synced automatically from Sleeper or entered manually.
- Sign-in and activity logs. Each time you sign in, we record the date and time, your IP
address, and your browser/device information (user agent), for security and troubleshooting.
- Push notification data. If you enable push notifications, we store the subscription
details your browser provides so we can deliver alerts to your device.
- Feedback you submit. If you use the feedback ("?") button on any page, we store your
message, the page you sent it from, and your account email.
We do not use sign-up forms, and no personal information is required to view the site's public,
pre-sign-in pages.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Sign you in and keep your session secure
- Retrieve and display your fantasy football leagues, rosters, and related data
- Send you optional alerts and push notifications about your rosters
- Maintain the security of the site and diagnose problems, using sign-in logs
- Respond to feedback you send us
- Improve the site's features and reliability
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data Protection
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or
disclosure. All traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in is handled entirely by Google's own
secure sign-in flow -- we never see or store your password. Access to the underlying database is limited
to the site administrator.
For troubleshooting purposes only, the site administrator can temporarily view the site as it would
appear to a specific signed-in account, in order to reproduce and fix a problem that can't be reproduced
otherwise. This capability is logged, limited to the administrator, and not available to any other user.
Third-Party Services
This site relies on the following third-party services:
- Google -- for sign-in (OAuth). Information you provide during sign-in is also subject
to Google's own privacy policy.
- Sleeper (sleeper.com) -- the source of your fantasy football league and roster data,
retrieved via Sleeper's public API using the Sleeper username you provide.
- ESPN -- used only to retrieve the NFL game schedule and player news; no personal
information is sent to ESPN.
- Fly.io -- our hosting provider, which runs the application and its database.
- Tigris -- cloud storage used solely for automated backups of the application's
database.
- Web push notification services -- if you enable push notifications, alerts are
delivered through your own browser's push service (for example, one operated by Google or Mozilla,
depending on your browser).
This site does not use Cloudflare, Bootstrap, Google Fonts, or any third-party analytics or advertising
service.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not run analytics software. It uses
one essential, secure session cookie to keep you signed in -- this cookie is required for the site to
work and contains only a signed reference to your session, never your password. If you install the site
as an app on your device or enable push notifications, your browser stores the technical information
those features require, locally on your own device.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information described above by contacting
us at the email below. Because sign-in requires a Google account, you also have rights over your Google
Account information under Google's own privacy policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, along with
an updated "last revised" date above.
